First time seeing a new vet since moving here, couldn't be happier with service I got from the whole staff. I find a lot of offices have staff who seem to hate their jobs or something and just don't put out any effort in building rapport and being pleasant. This office was a great surprise and everyone I spoke to seemed to be genuinely invested. I also SUPER appreciate the covid friendly service they have implemented. I didn't have to leave my car, everyone called me including the vet through the whole process, they came out to get my kitty from the car, and brought my payment card back to me using a sanitary wipe. Honestly if we could just have that be standard from now on I wouldn't complain! They even stroked my ego and told me he was the best patient which every fur mom can appreciate.
