All patients are seen by appointment, however emergencies are taken before all other routine appointments and walk-ins.  We welcome walk-ins, however any patient with a scheduled appointment will be seen first.  Please call ahead to make an appointment to avoid a long wait once you arrive.

Payment in full is expected at the time of service.  We do not bill.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Personal checks and cash.  We also accept Care Credit, which is a very good way to pay larger bills over time interest free for those who qualify.  Under certain circumstances we will be able to hold personal check payments for a few days.

The doctors are available after hours most days until 9 pm for emergencies.  After 9 pm and other occasional times emergencies will be referred to the Emergency Clinic in Medford.

All dogs coming for an appointment must be leashed.  All cats must be well secured in a carrier.  If you do not have a leash upon arrival we will be happy to provide you with one. 

For your convenience there is an emergency entrance at the back of the hospital for people needing assistance or for pets needing assistance.  Please feel free to ring the doorbell and we will help you in any way we can.
